Physical Appearance and Stability	Chlamydia PGP-3D although stable at 4°C for 1 week, should be stored below -18°C. Please prevent freeze thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity	10mM Tris-HCl, pH 8, 1.5M Urea and 50% Glycerol. Protein is >90% pure as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application	Chlamydia PGP-3D protein is suitable for use in ELISA. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
