Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized Flt3-Ligand although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Upon reconstitution Flt3-Ligand should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA).Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity The protein was lyophilized with PBS. Greater than 97 % as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Application
Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Flt3-L in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
Biological Activity The activity was measured in a cell proliferation assay using OCI-AML5 cells (ATCC ACC 247). The EC50 for this effect is typically 0.2-1 ng/mL.
