Physical Appearance and Stability Lyophilized AREG although stable at room temperature for 3 weeks, should be stored desiccated below -18°C. Biological Activity Determined by its ability to stimulate the proliferation of mouse Balb/c 3T3 cells. The expected ED50 for this effect is 5-10 ng/ml, corresponding to a specific activity of 100,000-200,000units/mg.
