Physical Appearance and Stability Store the lyophilized Holo Transferrin between 2-8°C, do not freeze. Upon reconstitution Apo Transferrin should be stored at 4°C between 2-7 days and for future use below -18°C.Please prevent freeze-thaw cycles.
Formulation and Purity The protein (10mg/ml) was lyophilized from 20mM NH4HC03 solution. May contain traces of buffer salts. Greater than 98.0% as determined by coomassie blue stained SDS-PAGE and Cellulose Acetate electrophoresis.
Application
Solubility It is recommended to reconstitute the lyophilized Holo Transferrin in sterile 18MO-cm H2O not less than 100µg/ml, which can then be further diluted to other aqueous solutions.
