Preparation	This antibody was produced from a goat immunized with the purified Human Kappa Light Chain fragment
Purification and Storage	The IgG fraction of immunized serum was purified by antigen affinity chromatography and lyophilized from a 0.2um filtered solution in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS). Lyophilized samples are stable for 2 years from the date of receipt when stored at -70C
Specificity	By immunoelectrophoresis and ELISA this antibody reacts specifically with kappa light chains common to all human immunoglobulins. No antibody was detected against lambda light chain or non-immunoglobulin serum proteins. This antibody may cross-react with kappa light chain from other species.
Reconstitution	Reconstitute the antibody with 100ul sterile PBS and the final concentration is 1000ug/ml. Reconstituted antibody can also be aliquoted and stored frozen at <-20C for at least for six months without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles
