Product Overview

Mammalian cells are the preferred expression platform for proteins requiring fully mammalian post-translational modifications. As such, they are commonly used for the production of antibodies and therapeutic proteins. They are also preferred when the downstream application for a recombinant protein is in a functional mammalian cell-based assay. At Angio-Proteomie, we produce proteins in both transient and stable formats using HEK293 or CHO cells. We utilize proprietary expression vectors to drive high levels of expression and regularly return >10mg/L of recombinant protein. Our superior capacity allows us to conduct tens of transient expression projects simultaneously and our serum-free suspension culture format allows for large-scale production yielding grams of the desired protein.
