Angio-Proteomie’s products
have been gone through vigorous tests and we are confident that our products will perform
consistently with features that are stated in the data sheet of our
products.
When customers come cross any quality related problems with our
product:
1.
Our technical staff will do our best to help customers to perform
troubleshooting.
2.
If problems can’t be solved by technical troubleshooting, we
will (a) replace the products in question; or (b) issue a company
product credit.
3.
For antibody products, the warranty period is within
3 month after receiving the product. And for primary cell products,
the warranty period is within 1 month after
receiving the products.
